Here is it, after collecting over 70 entries here are the results:
what do you think? Are these results accurate?
I would have liked 100 results, but one thing I witnessed with the form was that it was visited almost 5,500 times in the month and a half it was active for only 74 entries. That tells me that, in spite of a simple form, not many people take it seriously. Maybe I need a pop up when a new visitor arrives on the site.
