Ever since I watched Season 1, I was a fan. Even got the DVDs – woot.
And I really gotta hand it to these guys, to be able to pull off so many effects shots week in and week out – it’s amazing. Ok granted, there is a reasonable lead time.
And like they say, the types of effects are so different. Must have been very cool to work on the compositing and editing.
An interesting thing I noted in process of the interviews was that they paired the 3D Artists with the Composites. Definitely a winning formula to keep those two aspect of post production close.
