Only one day left to plan and we are expecting a tight schedule on Saturday. But everything is paid for and will be picked up tomorrow so it is just a matter of putting ours heads down and pushing forward. Not that it will be a grind, nope, but a hectic riiiiiiiide.

Thanks to Morgan for organizing  many of the aspects, especially championing the idea and putting the base in place in terms of structure and script.

Arrive and setup – all technical people and those setting things up

Filming 3 scripts – Any technical people & Morgan

Screen Test – any tech (Kelly, gareth and Julie if you are available plus anyone wanting to see how they look on camera)

Filming 3 scripts – any tech & Morgan

Filming 6 series segments – any tech and Morgan

Filming environment scripts – Ron, Derek (trudi and Kathy if you are back yet)

Filming 3 Kidstuf scripts – John, Tom, Julie, Morgan (Kathy if you are back yet)

Filming kidstuf segments – Debbie, David, Cheryl (we will film Kathy and Trudi’s segments here if they only finish now)

We are going to try finish all filming on sat and keep sun open for discussion if we need it. Please arrive about 15mins before your scheduled time as we would like to keep as close to schedule as possible. Also please have patience with the process as well as everyone is learning as we go along. They will try their best to fit you in when you arrive. Please let me know if there are any problems with this. I will try arrange something for you.

You will notice that I am doing the tenBefore’s again. We want to try get new faces involved and are therefore doing the screen test. If you feel you would like to try out please come for the screen test. We have asked a few people who are keen but they are unable to be involved this time as it is such short notice.
