Ever wondered how to get your content in the right format for Digital Cinema? Well you could get you trailer, short film, advert or feature compressed etc at some place that nails you $600 or get this compressor plug in for only $700 – now I sound like a commercial. hahaha. I came across this at provideocoalition in an article by Mike Curtis. I don’t think that I’ll be investing in such a plug in any time soon, but it would be cool to be able to have the ability to create Digital Cinema Packages for display at theaters. nice. Ok it seems to take a loooong time, but hey this is merely the beginning of the tool and even so – it empowers the independent content producer a whole lot more. More info here.
What is cool also is what else QuVis offers: A 4K Cinema Solution, would that not be useful for projecting Red One footage?
