Making a difference 5cents at a time

Ashleigh, a High School going girl at our Church (Southpoint Church), has begun a very unique campaign.  In South Africa, our 5cents coin tends to gather about and get thrown into jars etc. You probably have the same sort of thing in your country. So why not bring all those coins together. All of us – as a community – can be involved in accumulating a massive amount of 5cent coins that would ultimately be used for a greater purpose. Currently, I am using this website to create awareness about my group. I am still in the young stages of beginning a fund and will hopefully get bigger and better as I go along. I am only collecting coins from family and friends at the moment.

If you have any 5c coins or just loose change lying around please contact me on my email address (shown on my homepage) or in person. I would appreciate any contributions of any amounts because giving small change can make a big change!!
