I am Frustrated

2008 was a frustrating year, why? 

Because I could not win over the most needed recourse in video filming and post production:

people

I am not the Gung Ho leader type that people follow because of my irresistible personality. oh well. I prefer to lead by an example of hard work and enthusiasm.  Which is irritating cos I miss the relationship building that is needed when establishing a network and base required for filming – even short films. I sometimes wish I could replicate myself to film, edit, direct and act.

I need a partner in crime who is good at organizing without trying to run the show and clashing wills. Filming is about team work and the longer the form the more teamwork is needed. So for me 2009 needs to be about building those relationships, those networks and bases. So that when the time is right I am not begging for help and hearing excuses. Rather I am getting positive responses and enthusiasm.
