So here I am, wondering, thinking, contemplating; where do I wanna be in a years time? Hmmm. Sunday is the first birthday of this blog, what will be different when the second year swings by? What do I want to be different in a year? Or more importantly:

What steps can I take and what things can I put in place to make the plan happen?

• I reckon that next year I would like to see:
• This blog self hosted
• Win over 100 people that subscribe to this blog
• Do another short movie
• Build a better video team at church and empower the current team more
• I would like to see our church switching two camera feeds with lower 3rd overlays to two screens.

How can I reach these goals, being involved in making them happen and finding the support to reach them? Hmmm. I think I will start with a manifesto and a plan. Watch this space for just that I will be talking about each as we go along.
