Admitting where you are Weakest

It is the hardest thing to do.

Is it pride? For me it is.

And Now I admit it.

I am not a good leader, I think it is because I am not good at organizing or influencing the crowd.

Must be a personality thing.

But from that, from know where I am weak I can find people who I can work with that can fill those gaps.

And this works best when you have a team of people that helps each other in this way – mutually – collaboratively.

But first you have to admit it, otherwise you will not know who need to be part of your team.

Where are you weakest?

Administration and the planning side of organisation. Prefer to fly by the seat or let someone else drive those bits.

I really battle to try and get organized and creative well in advance of an event. I definately seem to come up withe my best ideas 24hours in advance, which is such a pain when you have to work with others! I am trying to get into this schedule thing, but more of a frustration than a help.
